    what are you running there in that pic? such high iowait is often some buggy storage driver or an impossible architecture decision, like a database over a network share?

    As owner of almost idling VPS on Chunkserve, I would guess that it might just be a bad server

    As owner of almost idling VPS on Chunkserve, I would guess that it might just be a bad server

    its a process in your vps not some other vps on the server. Better check your processes on your chicken server,maybe you are being hacked. Monitoring out of control processes on your vps is not a task for the vps provider to stop, the owner need to stop these. Thats why its a unmanaged low end server.
    run this;
    ps -eo pid,ppid,user,%cpu,%mem,comm --sort=-%cpu | head -n 10
    kill the process: kill -9 PID
