I am looking for a VPS thats $3-7 in Luxembourg.
Minimum specs:
- 1 vCPU
- 796MB ram
- 5GB HDD/SSD/NVME
- 1000mbps shared network
- 1 dedicated IPV4 & IPV6
Billing per month
Optionally BYOIP & rDNS
Usage: WireGuard VPN, Socks5 proxy, globalping!
I did look at some sites but some have false listings and look shady with typos and missing letters.

BuyVM moved out of LUX into CH some years ago, won't help anymore.
Gcore also has no LUX anymore. It's getting sparse out there in highprice land.
