Dedicated, >48TB storage

I'm looking for a dedicated server with HDD JBOD storage of 48-100 TB.
Requirements:
CPU: doesn't really matter, any decent one would do
RAM: 32 GB or more
HDD: JBOD (no raid) of capacity 48 to 100 TB
SSD: 1 small-ish SSD/NVMe for Linux OS, docker etc, 120 GB will do
BW/speed: 1 or 10 Gbps, can be BW limited with reasonable amount of outgoing data, no need for DDoS protection
1 IPv4
Location: EU preferred, but can be US/CA with good connectivity to EU
Budget: based on installed HDD capacity approx. $1.4 - 1.5/TB/mo.
Please no short-term promotions.
