While this might be a couple of months old I only recently read about it, and found no existing thread on LET.

Thoughts on this? surely it can not happen due to sanctions, but then why write news about it?

    Could beeline open a IXP in Finland? in this current geo political climate? Wouldn't using an IXP owned by a sanctioned entity mean you are breaking sanctions?
