TNA my guy, I have been using your 7$/yr vps and I love your email support on that VPS, The problem with that is that its outbound can get into spam.
Do you feel as if Shared hosting outbound is better compared to the VPS though in terms of this?

Can we get some details re email? I can't find any hard info on the website. Things like # domains/users/aliases mails per day, variances per account type etc.

Sure thing! There are no limits for domains/users/aliases. There is a 200 outbound emails per day limit per email account.

are you sure those are Ryzen? You seem to be NameCrane reseller and they've switched to EPYC at much lower GHz than Ryzen.

yup.. they are namecrane reseller so cranemail is for email.
i'm not sure if namecrane shared host itself using cranemail as mail outbound

if you accounts cannot be accessed and the data is critical, then better contact NC. may be they could help.
I have seen no problems with two hosting services at TNA. I am able to login as normal.
