The Problem:
Currently with Unihost(Leaseweb Reseller), and the CPU steal time is hitting 10%+ even when my actual usage is only at 10%. This is causing major "var" spikes and micro-stutters for my players.
What I'm Looking For:
* Location: Singapore or Johor (Must have solid peering to ID, MY, and PH, SG).
* CPU: 4 Cores. Strongly prefer AMD EPYC Milan/Genoa or Ryzen.
* Performance: Looking for a provider with a lenient FUP for game servers and near-zero steal time.
* RAM: 8GB preferred (6GB absolute minimum).
* Storage: NVMe (RAID-10 preferred).
Budget: Up to $15/month.
I am considering HostHatch because of their dedicated/shared core mix on the Compute lines, but I'm open to any suggestions for providers that actually deliver the "grunt" needed for high-tickrate gaming without throttling.
