Requirements:
• IP Type: Dedicated static residential / ISP IP (must pass fraud/IP checks as a real home user)
• Protocol: SOCKS5
• Location: US preferred, but global locations are also needed
• Performance: Stable bandwidth around 10–100 Mbps
• Traffic: Unlimited bandwidth required
• Pricing: Around ≤ $2 per IP/month
• Usage: Mainly for Claude and TikTok
• Stability: Must be stable and available for long-term renewal
