I advise you to create your own campaigns. Create/use affiliate banners. Mail related websites and ask them if they're interested.
You can always rotate the banners to see what makes you the most money. If you're making the most with adsense. You're doing it wrong.
And no this doesn't cost you a ton of time. If it does, you needed the training badly.
