Quickpacket has (had) Ryzen 7900 but out of stock in Ashburn. Maybe contact them and see if they know when stock might return or ask for a custom order and pay a setup fee to cover some of the cost.

Also GThost has Asburn EPYC dedis with 2G unlimited or go OVH with AMD RYZEN 7 9800X3D dedi but no 10G
