Need 4 VCPU and 8+ GB Ram. Will use it for Heavy use. (20TB+ Monthly)..Not looking for too high price, No Contabo Please. They are garbage, So is Ultahost. Any Other Advises?

Neither Contabo nor Ultahost has hourly billing. Are you just looking for hourly to test them out? You could ask nicely for a free trial.

its the same panel, not a dupe its not intended to serve international customers there, so please save yourself from troubles.
