Looking for 2 vpses for haproxy + failover IP address.

Hey folks, I'm looking for two vpses, specs:
4cores
8gb ram
1gbps with 20TB
Good ddos protection.
Failover IP that can be easily switched between VPSes.
Location - close to OVH BHS - Qbec.
I could just go with ovh vpses, but I doubt in their ddos protection.
Edit: just realized buyvm @Francisco may be perfect option
