@GTHost has some dedicated servers in Vancouver but not at that price.
You are paying 9 euros now, and you want to go for a colocation? Doesn't make sense.

Dude, the best hardware at that price point are either raspberry pi or a core 2 duo with ddr2 ram, you would be better off buying a VDS at a much better spec at @servarica_hani (8 core 8gb RAM 240gb nvme ssd and 10g port).
Vancouver will be more expensive than Seattle.
