Because a VDS may be better for this budget.
Colocrossing Cloud can be a good option. I know last month they had a coupon code with 50% off
Scaleway has a dual core (!) dedi with a CPU from 10+ years ago, for 5€. And someone probably has some super old KS idlers lower than 10, with similar spec quality.
If you want anything decent though you need to go VDS slice or up the budget
A blow job for a KS-LE-B prob best bet.
Otherwise, its all shit.

These Atoms are far too advanced for me
I prefer DDR2 based Atoms. Work on my pace.
