Install Arch from an existing Linux OS
Hello,
I currently have a KVM VPS with Ubuntu on it. I want to install Arch Linux, but the hoster doesn't have any .iso added and won't add it. The control panel supports a "rescue system" with a tiny debian minimal OS loaded and access to the VPS's filesystems. Is it possible to "remote" install Arch from this rescue system to my VPS. Or directly from my VPS?

I don't think thats gonna be possible. However, you should try asking your host to add an iso for it, most hosts should do it for you, if not all.
Yes, you should be able to bootstrap it from that - if not install a minimal debian system and go from there:
