Looking for extremely cheap low-end NAT VPS
For my global multi-node network testing project,
all the current test nodes were purchased by me at my own expense. I have been continuously ordering over 60 machines with IPv4. For the new project, I ordered around 5 NAT VPS from various odd places, and I found that they can also meet the needs of this project.
It only requires 1 core (with no more than 5% utilization), 256MB or more of memory, and 1-2GB of hard disk space to install the Alpine system
No need for expensive IPV4 costs

This is different from my previous promotion of my ipinfo.cv tool. This is just a post seeking purchase suggestions, and tcp.cm is still undergoing rapid iteration and development... I believe it's not quite ready for a full official launch yet.
If anyone is willing to sponsor, I will highlight the server you provide on the website. Currently, some businesses have already provided servers (of course, none of them were provided for this project, but for free or nominally charged products that were gifted to me in the past, and I have marked them accordingly)

TierHive now has up to 4 NAT ports per VPS and you can set your own internal port forwarding.
It's an interesting project, you will already get start up credit free when signing up, but if you drop me a PM with your TierHive username I will add a bit extra to support the project.
Our alpine templates run on 128mb micro instances which are only the equivalent of $0.10 per month

We have still some stock on the NanoVPS-384 available with NAT IPv4 + full IPv6 /64 in the USA (on Houston, Texas). This will have 384MB RAM and CPU fair share of 45% and a 8GB disk, so plenty of resources for your project.
