Singapore is currently a high-demand location, and we do not have much spare capacity available at the moment. We are deploying additional nodes, but given the current market conditions, I have been advising everyone - if you need resources, it is best to secure them now. Many providers are increasing their prices, which makes our pricing and overall value even more competitive in comparison (even without the discount).

I'm happy to pay extra without having to upgrade other resources, but the low data cap is severely limiting as it is.

After you run out of allocated traffic, the "heavy throttling" is currently 5mbps.

I'm happy to pay extra without having to upgrade other resources, but the low data cap is severely limiting as it is.

We can also raise the traffic limit if customer reaches out with a valid use-case for it, but that's determined on case-by-case basis so I can't make any promises.

Would a relay count as a valid use case? I'd be happy to pay extra.

Theoretically, it can go under 'catch all' provisions of AUP:

Continuous high-volume data transfers for purposes such as streaming large-scale multimedia content, hosting excessively trafficked platforms, or data mining.

Activities that result in sustained high levels of bandwidth utilisation, such as large-scale content distribution without prior written approval.

Probably worth opening a ticket to check.

I can configure it to throttle itself so that it does not sustain high bandwidth 24/7. But 1 TB/month is rather limiting.
