Tor exit-friendly VPS (1c2g5g, 2 IPs) outside of common exit locations

The only reason it's not an exit yet is because I have to get a second, clean IPv4 for it in order to run a DNS resolver (or set up a few redundant resolvers nearby on clean IPs). If you run Unbound on a clean IP on your node and expose it on the gateway, I could switch my VPS into an exit right now.

And damn, I didn't even see your Serbia location was available already! I'll definitely get one!

I think that's where I found you!

There are actually a lot of providers that allow Tor (even exits) that aren't on that list who are from LET, as well as plenty of locations that aren't specified there. I plan to create a PR to add some hosts soon.
