We had to perform a emergency maintenance yesterday.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are now using our own AS (AS200912). We had to make a lot of infrastructure changes, which was not planned.
This will not happen again in the future.
Feel free to open a ticket and send us a traceroute. We will see what we can do.

I wish to ask what do you mean exactly by fair-use. Can you talk more about it?
Hypernex, you mention free speech policy which I found interesting. Do you have port 25 opened or what are your thoughts on say email hosting given your free speech policy. You must support emails then, correct?
yeah, we do not block any ports by default
Simply use it fairly. do not overload the network, the default traffic limit is 20-25 TB per month, which should be fine
nice and can you tell in more explaination by what you mean fair use as well for bandwidth in more details? Thanks
Edit: You have responded that's nice. Adding onto it, suppose I am using more than 25 TB month (Not that I am but still I wish to ask this question), does that effectively cut down the internet access or do you just restrict from 1 Gbps to say 100 mbps or 50 mbps @hypernex
