so im planning to run a simple node.js app

requirements;
1 vCPU (Intel Xeon) / or any lower /higher doesn't matter
1 GB RAM
10g space
unlimited bandwidth ( if possible )

budget $8-15. prefer sg/tw/tokyo/hk server

would this price be possible with such specs? if not lmk
