For WeChat verification, you need another active user to scan your QR code. It's not something just anyone can do; often, they need to have been a user for a certain period. Your best bet is to ask someone you know who uses it regularly.

Highly likely because no one in the west uses that thing. You'd have better chance asking in their local forum. Nodeseek, qq or whatever.
I suspect plenty of people here have wechat, but don't want to vouch for some random person from a forum who they've never met. The whole point is that it's supposed to be someone you know who verifies you.
If you want to install wechat you must have a reason - someone you want to chat to. Get them to add you.
If you're just installing wechat for wechat pay, you can use alipay instead. If you just want to watch short videos, you can use douyin/tiktok instead.
