Yes, the price you see on your product is your recurring price - it stays the same on renewal. We've only been doing permanent discounts lately, so no surprises there.

Can you do this config? If yes, at what price per year? I'm just looking for really good uptime/stability at a value price, performance is not a priority.

We don't have that exact config on our XEON lineup, but we could do 2 cores, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe on our EPYC platform. Annual billing is no problem. What's your budget? Then we can work something out.

We do have a status page at status.skrime.eu - no uptime percentage displayed, but our systems have been running without interruption for almost a year now.

I have a 40-48€ (VAT included)/year budget and I'm looking for something in those specs. I asked about XEONs because my math on the others is above my budget
