I'm talking about service providers that don't keep logs and whose servers are located in overseas countries. I've been researching for a few days, but Bulletproof/Anonymous VPS providers are expensive and some of them operate through resellers. I'm trying to find out which one is better and I want a professional service. Also, I'm not violating forum rules.

What type of content are you hosting? If its legal, we might be able to accommodate.
Nothing is truly bulletproof, but https://4vps.su and https://pfcloud.io are quite lenient for borderline content. Just don't do something stupid like host a kiddie porn site and you'll be fine.
If your content is totally legal but just controversial, consider https://aluy.net (@aluy) or https://incognet.io (@MannDude). There's also https://maxko-hosting.com (@MAXKO_Hosting), although he can be a bit pricey.

If you want bulletproof and censorship resistant, use onion services. Doesn't matter which provider you use, censoring an onion is next to impossible. If you directly host anything gray on clearnet, no matter where, it will be taken down.
