it would help if you could write what scale we talk about.
100+ KVM VPS with each 16 Cores, 64 GB RAM and 480 GB disk requires something else but each 2 cores, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB disk....
Also, by the way:
10G port vs. 15 TB traffic...
With 1G port utilization you generate in 1 day ~ 11 TB
-- So with 1/10 or ( with 25G Port you prefer - with 1/25 ) of the port capacity you requested, after 1 day you consumed already 2/3 of the traffic you request.
So with a 10G port you will let it run for some hours and depleted the whole months traffic already. With 25G Port even faster.
How does this fit together?
This pattern you would classically see with DDOS services and similar use cases.
So are you sure you need only 15 TB?

Hardware: Minimal — 1-2 cores, 1-2GB RAM, 10-40GB disk is more than enough.
Traffic & port speed: I need high port speed for burst capacity — the workload is bursty, not sustained. Average utilization is around 5-15% per VPS, but peaks require fast throughput. 15TB/month is a rough minimum, happy to discuss higher traffic tiers if needed.
