Koofr + pCloud + Gdrive with rclone union
Hey @jvkz just need a small VM then?
Filen used to have referral system through which, you can increase the storage to 50 GB for free. Not sure it has now or not.
Check mega.nz, probably the best among the free ones. But you need to log in from time to time, otherwise your files will be deleted (they will send email reminders).
If you want Europe, there's pCloud. Also free, either 10 or 20 GB. Usually 10GB, sometimes it's 20, can't tell when exactly.
If that suits, try this link. This is my "invitation". It should give us both extra free GB forever, but I have no idea how it works - maybe it must be emailed directly. Can't tell, as I rarely use them and have no bonus GBs at the moment.
One option is to grab a very cheap VPS with sufficient disk space for a one-time setup and host your own backup solution. You would just need to manage it yourself. This could give you full control over your 10-30 GB.
Building your own is the most convenient.
If you're looking for a free one, there's BaCloud with 32 GB included:
