Pending Refund from CloudCone- Requested on Jan 27
Hi everyone,
I'm writing this to see if anyone else is experiencing delays with CloudCone refunds lately.
I requested a balance refund on January 27th. Support replied and confirmed that the refund would be processed within 7-14 business days.
However, it is now February 17th, and I still haven't received the funds. It has been well over 14 business days. I've tried following up on the ticket, but the issue remains unresolved.
@CloudCone - Could you please look into this and provide an update?
