Looking VPS provisioning API

We are working on building a PaaS-type system. we are looking provider who can provide a API by which we can deploy a VPS. We need pricing around 3 to 5$ per vps. it will a long term contract.

Please drop the providers who can help with this.

Location preferred: US, UK , SG or DE

    We have NL and US as locations, one more in Asia coming soon.

    Interesting concept. I looked at your Api, but I couldn't find a way to start a script on installation. I'd like to automatically install some libraries on fresh install. Is that possible somehow?

    @onidel has a developer API, servers in US and SG (out of locations you asked for) and fits within your pricing constraints :)
