2TB or 4TB Storage VPS/Dedicated Server Cheaper than OVH/Kimsufi?

I need to transfer from the old server -kimsufi 2 TB Atom server - to a storage VPS/Dedicated server.
What i need is:
- a storage VPS or Dedicated
- at least 2 TB HDD (or 4TB at max.) for mostly storage purposes
- at least 4 GB Ram
- at least 2 CPU
- Supports at least rhel 8: almalinux v 8-10 OS
- and also helping to migrate from old server to the new one would be perfect
- crypto payment allowance
- annual purchase discount
- should be cheaper than kimsufi/OVH
Note: Currently waiting a reply from NovaCloudHosting btw. If their price and config good then i will continue with them.

is this one the 5 euros/month ? Im guessing it is. If i was happy with it, i would order:
AMD Threadripper - 1 GB (dont be fooled with the specs those servers are beasts.) form hostbrr black friday section and attach 2tb disk coming down to 48$/y
Or servarica hybrid 2tb coming to 55$/y
or DeluxHost 2tb

4 GB DDR4 RAM
20GB NVMe SSD
2TB HDD Storage
1Gbit/s Connectivity
Unlimited Traffic (fair usage)
