Hi everyone. I’d like to know if there is any data center or provider that can offer a VPS from this range first, and if everything is okay, I can then get a dedicated server from them.

The DC is OVH BHS in Canada, if you calculate on those /24 not being blocked by some GFW of some country, those blocks can change over time...
If you just go by latency, any vps or dedi in BHS by OVH would help...
For now, it’s important to me. I’m not concerned about the future at the moment.
