Hi everyone,
I am looking for VPS offers in the following locations: Germany, Netherlands, and the UK.
My main priority is backbone quality. I need a solid network with good peering.
Requirements:
Locations: DE, NL, UK
Budget: Up to $7 per VPS/month
Network: Must provide a Looking Glass (to check paths) or offer BGP sessions.

@hosthatch especially when they run a sale. I'm happy with their network and performance. They do BYOIP so I'm pretty sure they do BGP.
