With a budget of around $120 to $130,
I need a dedicated server with 1 Gbps traffic. The network port must be 10 Gbps (I mean that the speed test for download and upload from within the server should give results above 5 Gbps.).
I require 2 CPUs with good frequency and a minimum of 16 cores.
The location should be in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, or nearby countries in Europe.
The IP is very important, as I may need to change it initially since some IPs might be blocked or restricted in the countries of my clients.
However, this change is only for the initial setup. After receiving an acceptable IP, there will be no need for further changes.
Also, it is important for me that the IP range of the VPS network is completely separate from the IP range of the dedicated servers, and that these IPs have not been used in the VPS network before.
I would appreciate it if you could provide any offers you have.
