Otherwise their lower vps models here: https://ginernet.com/en/vps/ are also on 10G (shared)
Oneprovider Onecloud High Performance line is cheaper but not production ready in regards to uptime* and also without 10G line.
Vultr and Upcloud as well as Melbicom and MVPS have Spain vps as well.
*) same with OVH localzone VPS though maybe that will get better over time (but probably not with Oneprovider OneCloud)
localzone is only vps-1, so no 16GB RAM.
