It looks like your plan only goes up to 10 TB storage and 10 TB traffic (for $43/month), not 10 TB storage and 30 TB traffic.

that's when negotiation comes into play

also object storage comes with unlimited ingress and 3x egress if OP is interested in S3 instead of storage VM.
