We decided to remove these due to both account and personal abuse recently.
We are continuing to offer annual and monthly packages based on the 20i platform.
Comparing the one off fee (Price: £3.50 GBP – $4.72 USD - €4.04) to the current yearly or monthly deal (Price: £1 GBP / $1.37USD Per Month / £10 GBP $13.72USD / Per Year) is quite a big difference.

Goddamit. We really can't have nice things without some fuckers coming in and ruin it for everyone else. Just when i thought you'd be offering the new sg dc offer. I already got 1 uk dc lifetime but are looking forward to grab another 1 in sg. While the panel aren't as familar as cpanel or directadmin, its good for email since its stack, a relatively big uk cloud so no weekly downtime like usual let summerhost.
The issues recently faced, while I am happy to provide support and assistance one time fees people need understand limits too.
One customer, hosting a nulled WHMCS which first running anything cracked is not allowed in 7 days of buying their service had created 17 support tickets with issues ranging from them not changing the PHP version in the panel to requesting we white list over 15 IP addresses for different Virtualizor control panel servers and when I did not reply to a ticket for 7 hours due to dealing with a personal family issue the WhatsApp number was called with threats of poor feedback, charge backs and also took the trouble to contact one of my family members on Facebook to advise i am running a scam business.
While I am happy to help, provide support that crosses a line of expectations and fairness. I maybe some cheap quarterly, semi annual and annual deals, due to the above issues its hard to keep the positivity to offer them types of deals when it brings abuse
I'm glad that I've bought some services when it was possible. Though all of them are idling, but it is a good investment. Idle like a real LET user
Not sure on the scale of abuse but please try to not get too disheartened. I would say try to add some wording to set some expectations but probably wouldn't make any difference if they are a bad customer nothing is going to change that.
A customer could have equally signed up for a monthly package at $2.75 / €2.25 / £2.00 per month and still expected unsustainable support assistance and abused the service and although not comparing like with like you wouldn't stop selling your normal monthly packages.
Would you consider a limited last chance one time offer even if you increased the price a bit? You could perhaps double the price from a one time £3.50 / $4.72 / €4.04 and make it a one time $9.50 / €8.00 / £7.00?
It would still be am excellent deal and anyone which was thinking of purchasing and haven't done already would have a final chance of picking up a package?
