The $4.99 ones are showing as $6.99
Bandwidth is showing as 800 GB only (instead of 1TB), but @10Gbps (instead of 1G/sec).
My personal experience with this provider is rather bad at least on the IPv6 side. Rather frequent outages, some of which are blamed on the OVZ virtualization/management layer used, and user is expected to reset the "primary IP address" via the management portal (had to do it four times in a single day once, and that was limited only by me only realizing rather late that connectivity was gone again...). To be fair, they are working on a replacement they claim will address those issues, let's hope it comes soon.
But apart from that OVZ-related issue, there's also extended outages not related to OVZ, e.g., on KVM VPSes, where the above "trick" of resetting the "primary IP address" did not work. Still, support was essentially unresponsive, and I had to wait several weeks until the issue eventually got taken seriously enough, and got fixed.
Apart from the sluggish or even totally unresponsive support, the technical understanding is also very low. Anything around their platform is mostly ok, but anything beyond that, e.g., very basic networking topics, mostly bust. Only boiler-plate answers showing that tickets have not even been read, or not understood.
E.g., the above OVZ-related connectivity issue usually manifests as not being able to reach the gateway, and no incoming traffic. But with the other connectivity issues mentioned, the gateway was reachable, and incoming traffic reached the VPS, but any outgoing traffic would not go beyond the gateway. I.e., it should have been somewhat clear that the issue most likely is with the networking outside the virtualization layer itself. Still only the go-to response "reset primary IP address" was given, which is ineffective for this type of issue, and the outage persisted for several weeks...
