    How are you man? Sorry about this. We did send out a follow-up email, and I apologize if you did not receive it. So that node did experience a hard disk failure which normally would have been fine as it's RAID-5 and we could have replaced it; however, shortly thereafter, there was a RAID card failure as well, unfortunately making it a total data loss. We will be sending out replacement VMs starting tomorrow. I do apologize for the trouble on this man.

    man, was there a total data loss of some clients and no recovery was possible? @DediRock this is haunting.

    Yeah, it was a tough situation; both the hard drive and the RAID card failed very close to one another. I'm looking into doing software RAID so it handles that point of possible failure better. It's in the works.

    Double traffic has been seen through the control panel. Trying to restart VPS and "IP A" to view IP information, but not seeing IPv6 address. Do I need to reinstall the system?

    I know this crazy talk, but if I already Dedirock Double Stacked™, could I potentially Double Stack the Double Stack for a Dedirock Quadruple-Stack™ a VPS? Or maybe just a Dedirock Triple Stack™? Of course, depending on node availability.
