Looking for Open-Source / API-Based Voice Cloning AI Model

Hi guys,
Can anyone suggest a good open-source or API-based voice cloning AI?
Looking for something stable, self-hosted or API friendly, and not extremely GPU heavy.
Any recommendations or personal experience would help.

You do realize that "good" and "no GPU" are mutually exclusive for AI models at the moment? If you could get good AI without GPUs, Jensen Huang would not able to afford a new leather jacket.

I have tried some LLMs on CPUs only however it is just slow.. but it is possible, for the ones that do not require a GPU.
