Looking for Estonia “Residential” Datacenters/Providers (Residential/ISP-like IPs)

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know which datacenter/provider this IP belongs to? I’m considering buying a VPS from the same network/location:

78.28.67.207

Also, please recommend Estonia (EE) datacenters/providers that can offer residential / ISP-like IP ranges (i.e., not typical datacenter IP space). If you know any providers in Estonia whose IPs look more like residential networks, I’d appreciate the suggestions.

I already searched the ASN and found their official website, but they don’t sell VPS services.
