Need a VPS with Ryzen 9950x in Western US (CA, OR, WA) preferably but will also consider other locations in US.

Desired specs for VPS.

4 vcpus (fair use) Ryzen 9950X
8/16 GB RAM DDR5
200 GB NVMe
BW is not a big concern, 1 to 10 TB is way more than what I need. 10 Gpbs or 1 Gpbs port works for me.
1 IPV4
IPV6 /48 at no additional cost would be highly desirable
YABS scores of 2000+ for single core very much desired.

Willing to sign up for a 1/2/3 Year deal if the price is acceptable and assuming the provider has been in business for more than couple of years.
