Looking for VDS providers with hourly billing and an API
I have a use case where I need to be frequently spawning servers in a variety of locations at random times during the day.
The thing is my use case is sensitive to CPU steal, so I rely on dedicated cores (VDS)
I need a location in Eastern USA and Western Europe at minimum, ideally NYC and London.
I need access to a REST API to manage the servers.
Looking for competitive pricing.
1 core 1GB is good enough.
