I canceled in less than 24 hours after not being able to access the IPv6 address of my VPS and multiple attempts to resolve the issue myself. I consider myself experienced and technical; I have multiple networking and security certifications. I was disappointed in the attitude and reaction to queries in this thread, and I am now hoping to receive a refund. I will be avoiding this host in the future and cannot recommend the service. The Alpine Linux distribution did not work. I'm not a Red Hat guy unfortunately, so the only Debian based distros were 12 and 13, which is fine. I was surprised to see Ubuntu missing. I know this is supposed to be a low end situation and support is minimal, but I was surprised to see that it is almost non-existent, with an AI chatbot as my only option. After confirming that my configuration was correct, the chatbot informed me that I didn't have a support contract to allow me to submit a ticket, so I am canceling. This host claims it is an IPv6-first provider, so I was surprised to find this part to be broken or misconfigured. If I could get the IPv6 connectivity to work I would probably change my mind and keep the service despite the IPv4 being behind NAT. After seeing the confusing grammar and language on the site, inappropriate word choices and rude interaction here, I think I've seen enough. Thank you to LET and I'm sorry to have to cancel with you, Centerfield.
