Aeza has started blocking users for VPN usage

Latest news from top shit provider and reason why you never ever host VPN nodes in Russia.
Since December 3rd, Aeza has begun sending out notices about suspending hosting services for using VPNs, after receiving a list of IP addresses in the 138.124/16 network from Roskomnadzor.
Notification from the control panel:
Hello.
We have received a notice from Roskomnadzor regarding your service.
Services are hosted on your server that provide access to information or online resources in the Internet whose access is restricted within the territory of the Russian Federation.
Please take appropriate measures to resolve the violation. You must immediately remove the specified services from your server; otherwise, access to the service will be restricted.
The timeframe for resolving the violation is 24 hours from the moment this ticket was sent. After this time, the service will be blocked.
For now, support is suggesting users delete the VPN server and send a screenshot to confirm that the “violation” has been resolved, but the situation may happen again in the future. So that's one less cheap hosting provider suitable for VPNs. A month ago they already hinted that they were no longer happy with such clients.
What’s more interesting is how Roskomnadzor learned to identify VPN servers in order to send lists to hosting providers: previously in Aeza’s networks they selectively blocked or throttled IP addresses via TSPU (Russia's decentralized censorship system), but now the list includes servers running Xray on a clean network where no unprotected protocols like WireGuard or OpenVPN had been used before.

@zGato @nekomikoreimu this is important news, don't miss.
To be more serious, they disallowed hosting Tor relays on their infrastructure entirely earlier this year but now banning even personal VPN users is pretty novel. Top shit provider.
This seems intented.
russia censor chat
It seems Roskomnadzor can detect some obfuscated protocols now. It's bad news for Russians. Xray works in China as I know.
the irony i guess...

quite funny how they're playing around with Aéza, they can literally do anything they want. You had streamers constantly spam their Aéza affiliated links for V2Ray/VLESS VPS servers, and now it's suddenly not allowed
you can still install 3x-ui and other panels from their own scripts

This is that same British LTD that is under US sanctions, while still continuing to sell servers in America but it’s afraid of Russia.
When they set up the LTD, that was their attempt to legally escape the jurisdiction of Russian law
It seems like even Russia isn't a fan of AEZA.
Meanwhile other RU providers will continue to host VPN nodes with no problems.

DDRPRICEIGNOR
What, they played Prince Igor in East Germany?
What does it apply to?
edit: works now
Should be everything, seems it didn't work without anything selected when creating promocode
Sir you need to figure that out yourself
also c'mon you setup it wrong @tentor.
Price, override, 7$ not -20%. It's BF/CM... week! (kinda, yes, really)
I'm sure @AezaHost is eager to address all these concerns once they are able to change that red dp.
No DMCA ignor 🥀
Yup, this is Calin's business
ameziawg?
Wouldn't surprise me if they just port scanned that IP range and just filtered if they found your typical 3x-ui or similar panels exposed.
Maybe stupid questions, but..
May I ask, this VPN service used for personal usage, or it was a "public"/"commercial" VPN node?
Are You used a standard (OpenVPN) port(s)? or different?
Does no matter.
