Big storage?
I was wondering if I somehow missed any deals this weekend for large amounts of storage. In years past, I've seen some good prices, but I'm not sure I've seen anything over 1TB this year...
I'd like to find 100+ TB at a good price, if at all possible. (I have ~1/2 PB that can't expand further at my current provider.... So at least augmenting that would be nice.) But... have large amounts of storage dried up in the current climate?

12x6TB
Hardware RAID card with FBWC
100TB on 10Gbit/s port

Upgrade to 12x 8TB = 139EUR/m (total price for server).
Price per TB is pretty good. Happy to offer you some extra bandwidth during first month to transfer your files.
thats fking cheap for people who need that much storage.
Considering it's with a dedicated server, 10G and etc. - I also think price is great.
I guess @PulsedMedia if you want EU too
@GorillaServers

I'll take it.
@dan_onlyservers has a promotion going on with 144 TB of storage and 10 Gbps unmetered no FUP for $233.40 per month after all the discounts.
Deal!
So to everyone else - I no longer have 6TB available, just 1x machine with 12x 8TB.
Uhm, ... why don't you mention 100+TB in the title instead of "big storage"?
So, about €200 for the E5v4 dedi + €7 per TB storage.
And here is an example of how to do it well:
Or significantly less than €1.50 per TB, dedi already included, albeit without a weird assortment of whatever SSDs they happen to have in their parts shelf, but I guess for €5 or €20/mo @AlexBarakov will add dual boot/OS SSDs, cost still a fraction of yours.
Kudos AlexBarakov, THAT's a tasty storage server offer!
We offer several configurations with space under $1 per TB.
Our machines range from 104TB iGPU boxes for $99 (limited promo) up to 1PB box per server all within that price point. The most popular configuration is:
Dual E5-2690v4
128GB RAM
240GB SSD
12 x 14TB SAS HDD
RAID or JBOD
1G Unmetered
$159 in Utah
Thanks.
Yea we already did 1+ PiB single machines back in 2021 i think earliest. Our largest Machines are 36 direct attach + 2x 45 drive JBODs. We have several of them in production.
I've looked at your products and I'm quite interested. I wonder if you have a configuration that comes with a 10G port, 200TB bandwidth, and 10 - 20TB of storage. As for the memory, 16GB will suffice since I don't need a large capacity. And a CPU with 4 cores is enough for my needs.
Thank you! And yes - OS SSDs are possible on some configurations.
Nothing I can do at the price per TB above. The only thing I currently have left is 12x 8TB. I can build you something with 2-3x 8TB, but price per TB won't be good for sure. Price per TB gets good only on above 12 drives, etc.
Yes, if possible, I need three 8TB hard drives, and I also need 300TB of bandwidth. What would be your price for this configuration? Do you allow hosting adult content? If yes, I would like to order one and renew it long-term.
Hello,
We can offer server with following configuration.
Dell 740xD,
RAM - 128 GB
Storage - 12x20 TB SATA
Linux, 1 IP,
Data Transfer - 20 TB With 10 Gbps port
Location - amsterdam
USD 955 per month

Thanks,

Yours is the most interesting offer as your pricing is good and you appear to be in the same DC as my current stuff, per your LG, so lower latency.
I'm vaguely curious what the iGPU configuration is, and what your other offerings up to 1PB would go for. We can discuss details by either PM or email, I suppose. That 12x14TB is definitely well within my ballpark though, as this is just hobbyist stuff and I can't justify an order of magnitude more per month for what's mostly cold storage for me (sorry, some of the other respondents). A 10G port would be preferable, but at the same time, it's very hard to saturate 1G with spinning rust, grabbing only a file or two at a time!
I can't beat that latency without adding another box to my current provider but I get the impression that they're not necessarily interested in another one-off high-capacity box for me and their new machine build times can be on the longer end at the best of times. I saw they did have a BF special I missed, but it appears to be on the same chassis that I am currently using and am not overly happy with. (I had to open a ticket a while back because the IPMI apparently lost its users or something? I've been a bit skittish ever since tbh...)
The price is definitely pretty good, and I've worked with you in years past with very few issues (to the point of "I had my employer doing VPSes with you"). If I can't get something sorted with @GorillaServers, as their test IP is 6 hops from my existing stuff, through precisely one GTT router, I'll definitely be in touch. Thanks much.

Feel free to DM or email sales@ and we'll see what we can do for you. The 12x drive and up storage boxes can do 10G as well.
