The OVH bare metal provision time is never correct, why mention it?
A couple of months ago I ordered 2 servers from OVH, the final shown setup time was "120s"
The servers ended up getting delivered 4 days after I'd placed the order
Yesterday I wanted another server and I thought about OVH, maybe my experience with them a few months ago wasn't normal. So I ordered another server yesterday and they still mentioned a 120s setup time for that server
Here we are today and I still don't have the server. My account with OVH is old and I've had a lot of products on it across the years, also my order tracking page says that the order was "accepted" and that the payment method was "validated"
Why mention 120 seconds on your website when you can never fulfill it?? I really needed this server yesterday and now I have no server, no money and NO SUPPORT PERSON THAT I CAN CONTACT.

I just don't understand how a company like this can be one of the market leaders when they can't even provide what they advertise on their website
chicken is cheap my friend. no one cares about delivery times for cheeeeaaaap chickähn!!
If you ever studied computer science, you would have to have taken a class in fuzzy logic to be ready to deal with OVH.
Can we get more those cheap chicken?
Maybe I've just gotten lucky, but OVH always delivers dedis for me within 15 minutes. It's not quite 120s but it's good enough for me.
