intermediate certs
there are several providers who do not install intermediate certificates for their websites. SOME browsers may have known intermediate certs as a part of trusted CAs but the others fail to connect such improperly configured https servers.
recently I've reported this issue for some providers but nothing changed. Is it too complicated to install certs?

It's not complicated but I'd just ignore the summer/winter hosts and move on. There's no point in policing them.
