Isn't any provider safe as long as you don't disclose the files you host? Unless you host publicly and they snoop your files, yeah.
DDOS'd 🥲
Oh it's nothing Extreme , Just Japanese Hentai/Porn
DM link after it's up.

Is this news from a status update on Discord? I thought he had a good DDoS condom from Gcore.

I would hide it behind a nginx reverse proxy if your going to mask the backend (Storage box) over wireguard to your frontend (some VPS acting like a frontend server)
That seems excessive for legal porn. Just have a backup copy of your files at home just in case.
ya but if providers wants to randomly investigate ... i might get caught no ?
Can you DMs me if u found any. I need storage for my misskey instances too
That would be a breach of privacy if a provider snoops around user data. It would be unlikely for them to look at customers data. You can check the ToS for each provider, i have a Switzerland vps from @aluy since i know he is fine with legal porn/hentai but for storage, im not sure if @host_c or any other providers will offer 4TB+ storage but good luck with that, i hope you will find a provider that can give you 4TB for $10/mo
You're very unlikely to get any abuse reports from providers if it's through a reverse proxy. If it really matters to you, you can store the files encrypted and decrypt them on the proxy layer.
There are many providers who allow legal porn you can choose from, the best strategy is to use one of those. The AUP/TOS is the first thing to compare against when you are doing adult content. (I would give specific provider recommendations but I only know US market adult-OK providers. Even AWS allows legal adult content, it is not unusual in US providers. But I imagine EU market should be similar).
Note when you look at AUP/TOS you are specifically looking for prohibition on 'pornography', which is different from 'obscenity.' These are two very different things and have different legal meanings. Obscenity is illegal everywhere, whereas regular legal porn is just porn. If it is just regular legal porn, most places are fine with that in free countries.
If there's a provider you really want in particular and they have a general porn prohibition, you can also ask them prior to the sale. Sometimes those provisions are a hold over from decades ago and they can update their TOS; other times they're set in stone because they're owned by some company in a restrictive / totalitarian country. Other times, they're just owned by prudes, lol. (In any case, it is good for them to know they lose business from bad policies!
)
Not only does playing by the rules give you less headache, but it also rewards providers that support legal freedom of speech
