I initially wrote this here, but then changed my mind and asked in a support ticket. The thing is, the subnet in my country was blocked, and VPS is operating with restrictions. I asked support what I could do, and they said changing the IP address costs $3.

Thank you very much, you're very kind. However, I'm not at all sure that everything will work with the new IPv4 and that it won't be blocked. Perhaps it should be replaced with an IP from a new subnet; I think you know best how to handle such cases.

As I wrote earlier, changing the IPv4 address from a new subnet might help, if you can do it for free (as mentioned above). But it might not help; you can't predict in advance. In any case, it's not your problem; the VPS is working quite reliably. And if you can do this, I'd be very grateful.
