Notes on Billing:

Our system attempts automatic payments one day before the due date and applies prorated billing for services ordered on or after the 10th which then will include the full next month. Please ensure timely payment to avoid immediate service suspension on the due date and permanent termination after three days. Due to the low price of these plans, we have a strict 3-day termination policy for unpaid invoices.

FUP Explained:

To ensure optimal performance for all clients, our shared infrastructure requires fair usage of resources. While bandwidth is unmetered and CPU is burstable, you may not continuously saturate network ports or run the CPU at maximum capacity 24/7. High-load activities such as crypto mining, CDNs, and continuous streaming are strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to limit or suspend services that negatively impact other users.

We use a wide range of CPUs in our cluster, generally though they're all +64core amd turin nodes.

It means that we need to discuss this via support to find a solution that works for both parties.

Not officially at this time, we have seen some people use obscure github scripts to get windows working but it isn't something we support or provide support for.

There's many aspects there, one thing is our pro-rated system - You pay for the remainder of this month + next month so until the 1st of January if you signup now.

We also had the system default to NL, where we're located which made the initial page always show it + VAT, we've just changed this so it will now show the price without VAT unless you are in EU.

  • Can I install Windows Server 2022?

  • @sb_th the cart pricing is very confusing right now. I went ahead but then again, while the base price changed, so did the total.

if there is any extra to cover the remainder, then it should be shown as an extra entry. From accounting pov it looks unprofessional otherwise.

  • any YABS?

I do agree. We are working on a solution for it. But currently our software (WHMCS) does not support it in that way. The invoice will show the entire period so if you order today it will show (28-11-2025 - 31-12-2025) for example if you order for the monthly payment.

  • 14 day refund period, all location? any yabs in SG

This slipped through the cracks - 14 day refund is available yes, do note that you're allowed 1TB of network traffic to test the service, if you use more then you void your refund option.

We don't have a direct yabs in SG at this time, we could work on that
