Got a reply on here earlier in the day that they're having some issues with block storage that's hanging up vms that came with it, I guess? But otherwise havent really heard anything in my ticket since yesterday.

Yes, we're working through it. It's a web of weird issues that haven't popped up before related to the job queue now spanning multiple locations.

Some services are more affected than others, but we haven't forgotten about anyone. We've been working constantly and it's getting closer to normal. The extra load of BF has only further complicated things.

We're really appreciative of y'alls patience and will continue to update as we get through things.
