Server price is relative, as in $7 is relatively cheap but also adds up if you have several of them for non profit use. For $7 you can get yearly compute, 500gb storage box, or this 700g box of Christmas cookies which I bought today:

He doesn't need to do anything more crazy. Good email delivery isn't anything no one offers a lot cheaper. There's just nothing matching it.
