    I'm so late

  • Why there's such a big difference between in benchmark for 8888 DE vs 8888 NL servers?
    NL - https://serververify.com/benchmarks/23f4bcfa-37ab-4a48-9d40-dc674e238953
    DE - https://serververify.com/benchmarks/35cd1df4-9008-4d70-8ca5-f7c3c31a452d

Looks like I fked up by buying NL instead of DE.

Create ticket and share this with them. If you mean GB6, yeah it's CPU difference.

NL is Rome CPU, DE is Milan (newer compared to Rome)

Have just checked their deals, AMD EPYC 7702P is Rome not Milan generation from what I know. @hafry should create a ticket.

The DE is EPYC Milan and the NL is EPYC Rome. Milan is one generation newer than Rome so it will perform better (Rome is still good though). Also, it depends on your neighbors and if the node is filled yet or not.

You are not allowed to use more than 30% of CPU resources. If you exceed, you will be warned 2-3 times and your account will be banned.

What's wrong with you? Post your evidence here first.

Thank you for providing feedback. We must address the inaccurate information presented in your statement to ensure clarity for the community.

    1. Your account status is Active, and your VPS remains accessible. Your claim of the account being banned is false. We note that you recently topped up your wallet with a $100 credit bonus, why did you do that if your account/service has been banned or our service is bad as you said? We request that you correct your original post to reflect the current, accurate status of your service.

    2. When you submitted your support ticket, our staff confirmed that the VPS was still accessible via ping and VNC. The issue was isolated to your installed panel, not the VPS stability itself. As our VPS plans are unmanaged, troubleshooting internal software/scripts is your responsibility. Our staff also pointed out that your VPS was observed consuming 100% CPU, which is a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) regarding resource abuse.

We welcome constructive feedback aimed at improving our services. However, spreading continuously inaccurate information is unacceptable.

Given the circumstances, we are happy to issue a full refund for your recent top-up invoice so you may move to another provider. Please DM me when you are ready to proceed with the refund.

Instead of behaving in an uncivilized manner in the 'Vietnamese mafia' style, I believe Greencloud should listen to feedback, address customer complaints, and improve its services in a transparent way.

There are quite a few complaints about Greencloud's policies, behavior, and handling of issues.

You can easily find numerous complaints on Facebook. In fact, you could even ask Gemini to compile reviews about your services and the risks of using them.

    Best regards!

    Dear Sir,
The Facebook community has spoken on my behalf, confirming that what I said is correct. Please take a moment, Sir, to read them:

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/375801675287876

"What’s going on here? Why would they claim it’s yours? It’s really unreasonable to delete a server like that. At least they should’ve sent an email warning about the shutdown date beforehand."

"I'm speechless. So now I could just create a fake account, go insult someone, claim to be you, and they would believe it without even verifying anything. 😅"

"Seems like it’s impossible to escape the typical Vietnamese business style. Over here, I see a lot more marketing aimed at foreign markets compared to other companies, but the approach is really opportunistic and short-term"

"The company’s way of working needs to be reconsidered.

They claim someone is the account owner without properly verifying their identity.

They treat customer data carelessly, deleting it whenever they feel like it.
It’s better to stay away from doing business with them in this case."

"Talk about mafia-like behavior. They’ve already locked someone’s VPS without even being sure it’s actually theirs."
